Background Info: New Painting "Blick auf das Siebengebirge"

BONN: Blick auf das Siebengebirge
Mira und Henning berichten über das neue Bild!

Auf dem Friedrichstraßenfest in Bonn- Zentrum habe vor der Gallerie Carré D´Artistes gemalt. Das Thema war Bonn, und so ist das Bild "Blick auf das Siebengebirge" entstanden. Ich habe das Bild gemalt, in Farben die ich im Rheinland dominant finde: blau, grün, gelb und weiß. Insbesondere im Sommer finde ich die Farben sehr stark und schön, und machen die Landschaft besonders.

Man sieht den Rhein, die vom Siebengebirge richtung Bonn fließt. Vorne ist noch das Zentrum von Bonn zu sehen, und auch die Uni im Gelb ist angedeutet. Sehr wichtig für Bonn ist der Post- Tower, die, -selbstverständlich im Gelb- weiter am Rhein stand hält.

Mira und Henning lieben Ihre Stadt und die Umgebung, das ist auch was Sie schätzen wenn Sie zu Hause auf das Bild gucken.

Its making progress! 
Just wanted to give you a quick update of the latest developments for my new online art shop:

Navigation:

• At the left, you see my art products. You can buy art in 3 categories: animals, nature and people. 
• On the top, you will find information about me, expositions, social media feed, references and an integration of this blog. When you have any suggestions please let me know :-)

Delivery terms:

• I fixed delivery terms within Germany and set fix prices for the delivery: 
• 1 price for posters
• 3 prices for canvas (depending on the size of the canvas). 
• I think the prices will be good enough for upcoming customers :-). 
• In a meantime I will also make fix prices for other countries.

High quality art posters & canvas prints: 

• I am going to work together with a printing company. They are great! They are very good: deliver the best quality prints I have seen until now. They print things like canvas, posters, books, flyers and t-shirts. And of course also my art in all sizes! :-)

Packaging & sending:

• My new printing friends are great. As they are expert in their area, they will also take care of the secure packaging of canvas and posters! Of course I will pay them. But isn't that great? :-)
• And there is more: they will also take care of the handling with the delivery company. This is a real advantage for me because I will work fulltime again and I would not have time for packaging and delivery!
  

Piece of.... art?

Almost all conditions are fixed, and I can focus on ART: I love what I do, painting is my passion and the best hobby! I am very glad I can work together with this local printing company, so that I can focus on making paintings.

Hope people will like to have a piece of my art at their wall. We will see. Please when you have ideas or wishes of specific art you would like to see from me, just ask!

Exhibition at Boston Consulting Group: Painting Workshop 'Cologne Carneval 2013"

Ausstellungseröffnung: Kölner Karneval 2013 trifft Kunst  In Vorbereitung zum Start des Kölner Karnevals am 11. November, trafen Kölner Gäste sich auf der Vernissage „Bewegung“ von mir im Mediaturm bei der Boston Consulting Group. Alle Gäste wurden motiviert, gemeinsam an einem neuen Bild mit dem Motto des Kölner Karnevals 2013 „Fastelovend im Blot, he un am Zuckerhot!“ mitzumalen. „Eine beeindruckende Vernissage mit inspirierenden und farbenstarken Bildern" sagt Thomas Schiemann, einer der 100 Gäste. „Die Herausforderung mit anderen an einem Bild zu malen und dabei eine gemeinsame Bildidee kreativ umzusetzen hat mir besonders viel Spaß gemacht!". Als Vorbereitung zum Workshop hatte ich einen Video-Botschaft erstellt. Ziel war, dass die Gäste das Thema "Kölner Karneval 2013" auf Leinwand bringen (siehe Video).  Gemeinsam mit ein paar Kölsch zum Einklang des Karneval und etwas Hilfe von mir entstand ein Bild auf ganz neue Art. Ein sehr farbenfrohes, überraschendes und expressives Bild ist das Resultat. Als Dankeschön ist unter die Gäste eins der Bilder von Brechtje Hendriks verlost. Das gemeinsame Bild zeigt eine kreative Darstellung der Karnevalsregionen Rio de Janeiro und Köln. Dazu ist Tanz aus Rio und Köln zu sehen. Das Thema Tanz ist eine Spezialisierung von mir als Künstlerin. „Ich bin sehr begeistert wie meine  Skizze sich weiterentwickelt hat. Es war eine Freunde, die Kölner Gäste passioniert zum Thema Kölner Karneval 2013 malen zu sehen. Ich werde das Bild fertig stellen, und dafür sorgen dass meinen lebhaften Stil wiederzufinden ist“, sagte ich die Gäste. Die Ausstellung „Bewegung“ bei Boston Consulting Group läuft noch bis zum 31. März 2013. "Die Gemälde von Brechtje Hendriks sind erfrischend anders und inspirierend. Ich freue mich darauf, in Zukunft noch mehr von ihrer Kunst sehen zu dürfen“ sagt Fabian Zentner.
